ABOUT US
Established in 1998, Convention Plus has specialised in the organisation of medical and cosmetic conferences for close to three decades. Our events have been held in numerous international destinations including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Phuket, China, Fiji, Bali, Noosa and Cairns Australia.
We believe that the sharing of knowledge across the cosmetic medicine field in an enjoyable environment, is the best way to advance the skill sets of your practice.
Our conference convenor, Dr Albert Ho, has been established in General Practice and Cosmetic Medicine since 1980's. He is one of Australia's most experienced cosmetic physicians and is the director of Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics Australia wide.

RENAISSANCE INJECTOR'S CONFERENCE,
BROADBEACH, QLD

Hosted at the Star, Broadbeach, our 1 day 2022 event was a hands on injecting experience that also included fantastic marketing advice from Powerhouse Agency and a facial sketching session with a local artist.
A 3 course dinner at the conference room was a great way to catch up after 2 years of restrictions.
RENAISSANCE INJECTOR'S CONFERENCE,
HOBART, TAS, FEBRUARY 2020
Hosted in Hobart, Tasmania, just before the country was thrown into the Covid lockdowns, our 2020 conference was packed full of hands on injecting, expert advice and a beautiful 3 course dinner in the historic Salamanca Square.
Specialist Dermatologist and Key Opinion Leader, Dr Cara McDonald got up close with our team, demonstrating her own techniques as well as mentoring the hands-on injecting day. The program included:
- Injector's Anatomy Recap
- Middle Cheeks and Peri-Orbital Rejuvenation
- Lower Face with MD Codes
- Skin Hydration with a Dermatologist
Our annual conference dinner was an absolute hit this year, as the sandstone walls and dimly lit private room at the Rockwell Restaurant in Salamanca Square was the perfect place to get a little rowdy!
RENAISSANCE INJECTOR'S CONFERENCE,
NOOSA, QLD, AUGUST 2018
Hosted in the stunning beachside town of Noosa, in sunny south east Queensland, the Renaissance Injector's Conference was a great opportunity to update learning and injecting skills in a beautiful environment.
Well renowned cosmetic physicians and guest speakers from Melbourne, Dr Dahlia Tauber and Dr Jodie Silleri led a weekend of learning with the program including:
- Safety and Complication Management
- Best Techniques for Working with Cannulas
- Lower Face Techniques
- Focus on Male Treatments
Injectors were given a mixture of didactic and hands on learning and we were excited to meet and welcome new delegates from all over Australia, as well our own group of doctors and nurses and affiliate clinics.

RENAISSANCE INJECTOR'S CONFERENCE,
BALI, OCTOBER 2017
Hosted at the Conrad Bali in beautiful Tanjung Benoa, Renaissance Injectors from around Australia were joined by local Balinese and Malaysian doctors for a weekend of learning, updating skills and networking.
Guest speaker, Dr Stefania Roberts, a phlebologist and leading cosmetic physician from Melbourne, shared her experience and latest techniques on dermal filling, key anatomy considerations and dissolving fat in the double chin.
EASTER MEDICAL CONFERENCE, BEIJING & SHANGHAI
It was our great pleasure to host the 'Medical Practitioner Update Conference', convened at Marco Polo, Beijing, China. The conference addressed a variety of topics including weight loss and obesity surgery options, hormone replacement and cardiology updates, aswell as general cosmetic medicine issues.
Held over 6 days in two locations, delegates were able to explore the amazing cities of Beijing and Shanghai, which boast a great mix of Chinese ancient traditions and modernisation.
The event also gave delegates a chance to let their hair down with their peers at cocktail parties in fabulous locations such as the Grand Hyatt, Beijing and the Ritz Carlton, Shanghai.

Registration for those that are not employed or in a supervision/franchise agreement with Renaissance Clinics is charged, however the benefits of attendance include:
